Maine Center for Disease Control and Prevention (ME-CDC) is seeking Maine Responds Volunteers to assist in its COVID-19 Testing. We are asking for your help as we enter this new phase of our COVID-19 Response efforts.  We need volunteers to support nonclinical roles for a community testing location in Calais. The clinic will be held on Monday, November 1st and Tuesday, November 2nd, with shifts from 6:30am-9:30am and 9am-12:30pm. Quick Just-in-Time Pre-deployment Trainings

Please complete the following trainings at your earliest opportunity to support your deployment to volunteer in a vaccination clinic. We will be eagerly awaiting the test-out submissions, which will serve to confirm uptake of training content. You must get at least 4 of 5 questions (80%) correct to pass each test-out. Once you pass, no further action is required – there is no need to email confirmation to us, this is done automatically behind the scenes.

HELPFUL HINT: Date of Birth can be cumbersome to select from the calendar tool. Simply type in your DOB in MM/DD/YYYY format and scroll down to the next question. As you scroll down, the highlighted section of the survey will move with you!
