Sewer & Water Bills will be arriving in your mailboxes soon. Please be aware that these bills reflect the new water rates, which is a 17.5% increase over the previous rates. For residential users, the minimum amount billed for Water is now $67.47 (up from $57.42). The combined minimum bill for sewer and water is now $192.03 (up from $181.98). Commercial users will also see a similar increase in their water bills. 

 

Although the sewer charge is based on the amount of water used, this rate increase only affects the water portion of the bills. You will not see an increase in the amount charged for sewer unless your water usage has changed from the previous quarter.
